Arlene Brock

After being involved in sport throughout her life, Arlene decided to look at the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries with a BSc Sports Coaching, HND Sports Therapy, Level 3,4 and 5 Sports Massage therapy and various fitness qualifications up to level 3 Personal Trainer.

Arlene taught sports massage, sports injuries, fitness and sports coaching for over 17 years at South West College, Enniskillen, whilst working for local sports clubs, teams and and also privately. Arlene is currently involved in quality assurance of sports active fitness and leisure qualifications for VTCT across Ireland. This provides Arlene with lots of insight to what is currently trending in the sports active fitness and leisure industry in terms of fitness regimes, training methods, injury – prevention, treatment and rehab.

Arlene works for clubs, teams and privately throughout Fermanagh and the surrounding areas, across all age ranges and sporting abilities. Arlene has worked with the Fermanagh Super Cup squad, Fermanagh U17 and U14 Hurlers, and Fermanagh GAA players, Ulster and Irish level swimmers, local cycle clubs and triathlon members. More and more non-sports people are also availing of sports massage as it helps with chronic pain, limited range of movement and everyday injuries.
